Personalized Memorial Pet Plaque

Personalized Memorial Pet Plaques are available by special order. I have included a photo of one that is made and one that is in progress. I will be more than happy to work with you on design. In some cases, I can use ceramic dogs or cats and other items to make this special.

The price is based on a 10-inch heart with polymer flowers. Pricing may vary depending on the details. Pieces can be other shapes and can be made smaller or larger.
